Techniques on how to control anger and negative feelings while teaching how to deal with everyday problems will be taught over the course of this program. Small classes and competent instructors make this program effective. Topics covered include but are not limited to the following:

  • Ethics and morality in an immoral world
  • Responsibilities to the family unit
  • Identifying our internal weaknesses
  • The psychological impact of anger
  • Conflict management
  • Development of our internal strengths
  • Developing positive social skills
  • Defining anger
  • Positive uses of anger
  • Effective communication skills
